Board of Directors

All Board of Directors meetings are Regular Business meetings held virtually at this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8398129280 unless noted otherwise below.

• Board Meetings: Held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
• Governance Committee Meetings: Held on the 4th Monday of each Month, 7 - 8 pm ET.
• Finance Committee Meetings: Held on the 4th Tuesday of the month, 6:30 - 7:30 pm ET.

Regular meetings are held monthly except in July and December, unless a meeting is deemed necessary.

The annual meeting, typically held for electing directors and transacting normal business, is scheduled for August and June.

The Board will inform the public about the meetings using any feasible means of communication as permitted by law and consistent with North Carolina’s Open Meeting laws.
